13 years of working my way through minor hockey followed by 4 years of Junior hockey finally culminated into a Championship Ring in my final season. With bills at the local YIG piling up, I bagged a job working at a fancy hat store that was frequented by NHLer Erik Karlsson. After being thrown out of Parliament Hill for my role in the Trucker Convoy, I moved back home and now work full time here, at the Frozen Fairway, for Dictator Heavy Dan.
After a somewhat decorated A/AA minor hockey career, I thought a jump to the pros seemed imminent. As fate would have it, I would have to settle for struggling to become a point-per-game player in the local C-Level Division. While the bathroom scale hasn't provided too many smiles these days, I'm hoping our hockey analytics and entertainment blog can.

Top 10 "most clicked on" player profile on Eliteprospects for players in the local region, my playing career was already shaping up to be better than both of my older brother's. That was when tragedy struck and I discovered that my minimum wage job paid just enough to be able to afford apple fritters and hotdogs. Now, I find myself here, trying to fill a void in my life by sharing hockey "hot takes" with the world. Or, more realistically, the few people that decide to read this blog.
